Not So Scary

It is estimated that there are over 1,000 species of spiders (Araneae) in British Columbia. Approximately 800 have so far been recorded but many habitats in the province have never been sampled (especially high elevation sites). Examine images of British Columbia spiders and specimens from the Royal BC Museum spider collection.
