Mountains have no exact sound. So the environment around them is what gives them their sound; whether that be snow, the wind, the rain or the people interacting with the mountain. By Anna Wilke.

For my piece, I was inspired by the era and the technologies associated with the office located in the old town area. I used chronological sequence of my own recorded sounds to tell a story that fits the scene of a mortgage broker office from the early 20th century. By Stephen Caravan.

Woolly mammoths: predators or prey? Think about their main features: their fur, their size, their tusks. The answer might surprise you!

Inspired by the Natural History Gallery, our young writer jotted down museum words that were either funny, interesting, relatable or unknown. We then recorded the words in our Kidictionary. The synonyms spider web activity is a great way to learn teh definition of the originally unfamiliar word.

On our first day's adventures, the Kids Club kids were challenged to wander in the Natural History Gallery and write down words they thought were interesting, funny, meaningful or unknown. Museums use various terminologies, definitions and words to interpret the displayed artifact.
