Wing Structure

Did you know that bats have thumbs? Bats are mammals like us, so they have an upper arm, forearm, wrist and hand with four fingers and a thumb. The bones are modified for flight, but the similarity in the basic structure shows an evolutionary relationship between bats and humans.
