Monument to Vietnamese Boat People

This statue was donated to the City of Vancouver by the Little Saigon Vancouver Foundation. It commemorates the journey to freedom for Vietnamese refugees escaping Communism. It is an important symbol of freedom for first-generation Vietnamese-Canadian who experienced the war.
