    The representative of the Crown in a Commonwealth country that regards the Queen as head of state.

    A Sikh temple, place of worship.

    Magnetic tape is a medium for magnetic recording, made of a thin, magnetizable coating on a long, narrow strip of plastic film. Devices that record and play back audio and video using magnetic tape are tape recorders and video tape recorders.

    Preservation Managers work at museums and are responsible for keeping old, precious records like letters, journals, film and audio recordings safe to ensure we all can access those links to the past.

    To keep safe or free from harm, decay, etc.

  • Primary Sources*
    An artifact, a document, diary, manuscript or any other source of information that was created at the time under study. Also called Original Source or Evidence).

    The Truth and Reconsiliation Commission of Canada (TRC) is a component of the Indian Residential Schools Settlement Agreement.
